"My reiki session with Elizabeth was exactly what I needed. I really valued the pre and post care suggestions that she sent before the session. This helped me to focus on my thoughts on healing. At the start of the session I was very activated with strong imagery and messages, half way through I became more aware of my body and could feel her working in specific areas that were later confirmed in the follow up email. What I was feeling on my end (distantly in BC Canada), and what she was guided to focus on on her end in the US were a perfect match! I experienced physical healing (my eyes), realignment and adjustments energetically (more grounded and balanced), as well as healing insight through the activations I received. Welcome to Sacred Inner Love! My mission is to provide a safe space for individuals to love themselves unconditionally through Higher Self embodiment. Loving yourself can be difficult if you have never been loved as you should, and it cannot always be self-taught. My various services are designed to help you open your heart to the love that Source has for you. When you allow that invincible love in, you learn what it's like to recognize your wholeness. I believe that every person has a unique purpose in life, and finding that purpose is what will ultimately lead you to falling in love with yourself. I also understand that life can be overwhelming when you go through it filled with disappointments and insecurities, and that's why I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can embrace your innate God-like nature. Reiki

A beautiful non-invasive form of energy healing whereby the universal life force energy is channeled through my hands and then to the client. Reiki allows me to positively influence, and even change, the energy at a quantum level to help someone or something heal physically, emotionally, and even spiritually. Channeling/Mediumship

Channeling and mediumship are ancient metaphysical practices that have been around longer than before we had a name for them. Channeling is achieved by allowing divine messages from my Higher Self to flow through me, while mediumship is performed by receiving messages via telepathy or through visions. This service is included with Reiki sessions as an added bonus.
